Ah Girona! (spelt Gerona in Castilian) what a wonderful place!

Our favourite part is the old town where you can wander for hours, looking into the dinky shops, having a cold beer and a few tapas in one of the many bars, investigating the Cathedral (up so many steps you will feel you deserve lunch!) and walking along the ancient city walls. You can even go looking for angels if you like…
